So allegiant airline cancelled our flight from las vegas to Missoula MT because of weather that was their excuse anyway. We had a jet coming to vegas for us after being delayed over 3 hrs then we get a announcement that the plane had to be diverted to another location for an emergency pick up well that was the other story they gave us so some of the customers demanded to speak with a supervisor oh what else I forgot was that while we were delayed the airline staff was sitting by the terminal waiting for the airline to show up so anyway the crew disappeared after the cancelled flight announcement so once the supervisor came to talk to all of us disgruntled customers she ball faced lied saying that there was no airline crew sitting at the terminal waiting for the plane. Now I have been sitting here stranded in vegas airport since 6:30 am this morning and allegiant does not want to help any of us out as far as putting us in a room for the night or even giving us a shuttle from the airport to somewhere where we can find a room and they gave us some number to call to get an idea of what time our re scheduled flight might be now its 3:00pm and allegiant still has not gave us a time so looks like I get to spend the night at the airport 1000 miles away from home thanks allegiant I will never fly with you again and I will be sure to spread the word on how you treat your customers.......
